Our ability to maintain this value is underpinned by steady growth in our membership for more than twenty years, allowing us to expand benefits, strengthen industry representation, and deliver greater resources to all members.
BIAFD offers three categories of membership:
Executive Membership
Executive Membership is open to any UK or Irish company, in which fastener distribution comprises a significant proportion of their business activities.
General Membership
General Membership is exclusively for small fastener distributors with an annual turnover of £10.2 million or less.
Associate Membership
Associate Membership is open to service providers to the UK & Irish fastener distribution sector, including systems suppliers and media.
All levels of membership entitle one delegate to attend each of the two general meetings, including lunch, at no additional cost.

Executive membership also covers the cost for one delegate to attend the dinner held after each meeting.
Additional delegates are always very welcome. Delegate rates are notified for each meeting and members invoiced after the event. Special overnight accommodation rates are arranged on behalf of members.
All membership applications are subject to approval by the BIAFD Management Committee.
Applications from companies unable to demonstrate a minimum of two years satisfactory trading will not be considered.
Applicants will receive a copy of the current BIAFD Rules to which they will be required to adhere.
