12 Mar Speaker line-up confirmed for Spring conference 2026
We’re pleased to reveal the speaker line-up for the Spring conference on Thursday, April 30 at the Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island.
This will be the fifth consecutive conference where we bring members the latest on CBAM. And yes – it’s back again. With EU implementation underway and UK policy progressing, staying informed is not optional – it’s essential.
We’re delighted to welcome back Jamie Mcleod of associate member Crowe UK who will provide a practical update on EU CBAM.
We’ll also hear directly from representatives of HM Revenue and Customs and HM Treasury, who will outline the latest on UK CBAM policy implementation.
Alongside CBAM, we turn our focus to something every member is currently grappling with: risk management in an increasingly complex trading environment.
Delivered by business psychologist Andrew Lloyd Gordon, the session will explore how businesses can strengthen resilience, and make confident, informed decisions.
Before we close, there will be an update how the association is evolving to support members, along with our plans and priorities for the remainder of the year.
While the conference is designed to ensure members remain better informed, it also provides a valuable opportunity for the industry to come together – to share challenges, discuss opportunities and strengthen connections.
